What does it cost?
Every price is a starting point and every engagement gets a fixed quote before we start. The Diagnostic starts at €5,000, the Sprint at €10,000, a Cornerstone build at €15,000 and the Fractional AI Team at €4,500 a month with a three-month minimum. Team workshops start at €4,000 for a half day. We never bill by the hour and nothing is open-ended.
How long does it take?
The Diagnostic takes 48 hours once we have access. A Sprint ships its quick wins in two to three weeks. A Cornerstone's timeline is fixed in its quote. Workshops run from half a day to two days, with an intake two weeks before. The Fractional AI Team runs monthly for at least three months.
What if it doesn't work?
Every build starts from a baseline you agree with us: what the workflow costs you today and what we estimate the build is worth. MSP Autopilot then shows what is actually realised, and we report the gap either way. Sprints and Cornerstones include 30 days of post-launch support. And when the Diagnostic says something isn't worth building, we tell you not to build it.
Who does the work?
The partners. Safouan, our technical partner, architects and builds every system that goes into production. Keanu runs the engagement and is your point of contact from the first call. You talk to the people doing the work.
What happens to our data?
We work in your environment and on your accounts wherever we can, with the least access the job needs. Where a system handles personal data we agree a data processing agreement first, choose EU-based providers where possible, and keep a person in the loop for decisions that matter.
Do we keep what you build?
Yes. The automations, systems, data and documentation we build for you are yours, deployed on your infrastructure, with a recorded handover. We keep our general methods and the tools we had before. If you stop working with us, everything keeps running.
Will this work with our existing IT?
We build on the stack you already have: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, your CRM, ERP, ticketing and finance systems. We agree access with your IT team or provider before we start and work alongside them, not around them.
