[ MSP.WS ] AI workshops for teams
Your team builds with AI in one day.
Not a lecture. Your people bring a real bottleneck from their own work, design the fix and build it on the tools you already use, with us in the room.
Half day to two days, from €4,000. Every participant leaves with a workflow automation working or wired, and you keep a written record of your AI literacy measures under the EU AI Act.
[ MSP.WS.01 ] Delivered
11 AI leads at iChoosr, one day, building on their own stack.
iChoosr had 11 AI leads across functions including Partnerships, Product, Operations, Customer Service, Data, Marketing, and People. Three were comfortable with automation tools like Zapier, n8n, or APIs. Eight were already using ChatGPT or Gemini, but had not connected AI into real workflows. The blocker was not enthusiasm. It was knowing where to start with medium-complexity automations.
The workshop moved the team from individual AI usage into shared workflow architecture. Participants used the same 4S language to scope automations, worked through failure modes before touching tooling, and left with practical automation paths they could continue inside iChoosr.

“A great hands-on experience to get your colleagues with limited experience, actually building.”
[ MSP.WS.02 ] How it runs
Built around your work, not a demo.
Two weeks before
Intake
Every participant answers a short intake: their daily bottlenecks, the tools they use, how confident they are. We cluster the answers into build tracks, so the day is about your work, not a generic demo.
The day
Map, design, build
Participants map one real bottleneck each, design it with our 4S Framework and Logic Canvas before touching any tool, then build it live on your stack while we rotate between them to fix prompts, logic and connections.
After
30-day plan and a record
Each participant leaves with a next workflow, an owner and a date. You get a written record of who took part, what they learned and what they built: the evidence of your AI literacy measures.

[ MSP.WS.04 ] Why now
AI literacy is now a legal duty. Reading the manual doesn't cover it.
Article 4
Companies that use AI systems must take measures that support AI literacy among staff and others using AI on their behalf.
SourceAug 2026
National authorities can enforce the obligation. It has applied since 2 February 2025.
SourceNot enough
Asking staff to read the instructions for use is unlikely to count, according to the Commission's guidance.
SourceProportionate
Since the Digital Omnibus took effect on 27 July 2026, measures must fit your context. No set skill level per person, but still mandatory.
SourceA workshop on the tools your team actually uses, with a record of who took part and what they covered, is a measure you can show. We don't give legal advice and the record isn't a certificate. None is required.
[ MSP.WS.05 ] Fit
Who it's for, and who it isn't.
A good fit
- Teams of 8 to 16 who use AI tools individually but not in shared workflows
- Companies that need to show what they've done on AI literacy
- Leaders who want their own people building, not a slide deck
Not a fit
- You want a lecture for 200 people. A webinar is cheaper.
- Nobody can give us an hour to set up tool access before the day.
- You need certified compliance training. This is hands-on enablement with a written record, not a certificate.
[ MSP.WS.06 ] FAQ
Before you ask.
- Is AI literacy training mandatory under the EU AI Act?
- Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires companies that use AI systems to take measures that support AI literacy among their staff and others using AI on their behalf. It has applied since 2 February 2025, and national authorities can enforce it from August 2026. The Digital Omnibus on AI, in force since 27 July 2026, softened the wording: you no longer have to guarantee a set level of skill for every person, but the measures must fit your context and remain mandatory.
- Does a workshop count as an AI literacy measure?
- Training is the most common measure, and the Commission's guidance says simply asking staff to read the instructions for use is unlikely to be enough. A workshop on the tools your team actually uses, with a record of who took part and what they covered, is solid evidence. It isn't a certificate, and no certificate is required.
- Do participants need to be technical?
- No. In our iChoosr workshop, 8 of the 11 participants had never connected AI to a workflow before. We split people into tracks by confidence, so the experienced ones go deeper and the newcomers still build something real.
- Which tools do you use?
- Yours. We work on the stack you already have, for example Gemini or ChatGPT, n8n or Zapier, HubSpot, Slack, Jira and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. We set up access with you before the day.
- What do we keep afterwards?
- Everything your team built, the frameworks and templates, the AI literacy record per participant, and a 30-day plan. Nothing runs on our accounts.
- Can you run it on site, and in Dutch?
- On site anywhere in the Benelux and the UK, or online for the leadership session. We run workshops in English, and in Dutch on request.
- What happens after the workshop?
- Most teams leave with more ideas than they can build. If a workflow needs a proper build, with integrations, monitoring and a human check, we quote it at a fixed price. You're under no obligation.
Tell us about your team.
